Method
- Step 1: In a bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. Mix well to coat the beef evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Step 2: Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
- Step 3: Once hot, add the vegetable oil to the griddle. Add the marinated beef in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the griddle and set aside.
- Step 4: In the same area of the griddle, add the broccoli florets. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp. You can add a splash of water to steam them lightly if needed.
- Step 5: Return the cooked beef to the griddle with the broccoli. Stir everything together to combine and heat through for another minute. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 6: Serve the beef and broccoli hot over a bed of cooked rice. Enjoy your meal!
Notes
If you happen to have leftovers (which is rare!), store them in an airtight container in the fridge. They will keep well for about 3-4 days. To reheat, just warm them on the griddle or in the microwave until heated through.
