- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, pineapple chunks, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
- Step 3: Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
- Step 4: Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Place the top half of the rolls over the chicken mixture.
- Step 5: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with a pinch of garlic powder and brush it over the top of the rolls.
- Step 6: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Step 7: Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into individual sliders. Serve warm.
