  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

  3. Step 3: Add the corn to the skillet and stir to coat it thoroughly with the melted butter.
  4. Step 4: Sprinkle in the Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and sugar. Mix everything well to combine.
  5. Step 5: Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is heated through and slightly caramelized.
  6. Step 6: Season with salt to taste.
  7. Step 7: Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

For a creamier version, add a splash of heavy cream or cream cheese. Can also add diced bell peppers or jalapeƱos for extra crunch.
