  • 2 cups pepper jack cheese cubes or herby jack
Meat
  • 5-6 oz turkey pepperoni or lean salami slices

  • 1.5 cups green olives salty and briny
  • 1.5 cups raspberries or grape tomatoes, sweet and juicy
  • 1 cup blackberries deeply sweet and slightly tart
Crunchy Bites
  • 1 cup pretzel sticks or breadsticks
Herbs
  • 6-8 sprigs fresh rosemary for garnish and aroma
Optional Dip
  • 1 cup cottage cheese for creamy dip base
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning or dried dill and garlic powder
  • pickles for serving, adds tangy crunch

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Start with a large white platter placed on a flat surface accessible to all guests.
  2. Step 2: Arrange the rosemary sprigs along the edges to create a fresh green border resembling football sidelines.
  3. Step 3: Create wide rows from bottom to top: place cheddar cheese cubes at the bottom, followed by turkey pepperoni slices, then pepper jack cheese cubes, green olives, blackberries, and raspberries at the top.
  4. Step 4: Add pretzel sticks on one side of the platter to resemble goalposts or pile them at the bottom for easy snacking.
  5. Step 5: Fill any open spaces with extra rosemary sprigs to enhance presentation and fullness.
  6. Step 6: Mix ranch seasoning into cottage cheese in a small bowl and serve alongside the platter. Add pickles on the side for extra tang if desired.
