Method

  4. Step 4: Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Step 5: Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Step 6: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Step 7: Store the protein balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
