- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Step 2: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Step 3: In another bowl, prepare the no-bake cheesecake mix according to package instructions, using milk.
- Step 4: In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer 3 lasagna noodles at the bottom.
- Step 5: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the noodles, followed by half of the prepared no-bake cheesecake mixture.
- Step 6: Add a layer of sliced strawberries over the cheesecake layer.
- Step 7: Repeat the layering process with another 3 lasagna noodles, the remaining cream cheese mixture, and the remaining no-bake cheesecake mixture.
- Step 8: Top with the final layer of sliced strawberries.
- Step 9: In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, then sprinkle over the top layer of strawberries.
- Step 10: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.
Notes
Chill for a longer time for a firmer texture. Can substitute strawberries with other fruits.
