- Step 1: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Step 2: Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Step 3: Stir in the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Step 4: Add the shredded cabbage and Cajun seasoning. Cook, stirring frequently, until the cabbage is wilted, about 5 minutes.
- Step 5: Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 6: Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less Cajun seasoning. This dish can be served with a side salad for extra freshness.
