Method
 

  1. Step 1: Begin by pouring the vegetable oil into the clear glass jar. You will notice how it sits on top of the jar, creating a lovely layer.
  2. Step 2: In a separate bowl, mix the water with your chosen food coloring until well combined. You can use just one color or get creative with multiple shades!

Notes
