  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips for coating
For Topping
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels additional for topping

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Step 2: Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Step 3: Fold in the crushed pretzels, caramel sauce, and sea salt until evenly distributed.
  4. Step 4: Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Step 5: Once chilled, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  6. Step 6: Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for about 15 minutes.
  7. Step 7: Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  8. Step 8: Dip each cheesecake ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
  9. Step 9: Return the coated balls to the parchment-lined sheet and sprinkle with additional crushed pretzels.
  10. Step 10: Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, about 30 minutes.
  11. Step 11: Serve chilled and enjoy!
