  • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Step 3: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Step 4: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Step 5: Fold in the Rice Krispies and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Step 6: Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
