  • 3 pieces ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and melted butter.
  3. Step 3: Stir in the baking soda and salt.
  4. Step 4: Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Step 5: Gradually fold in the flour until just incorporated.
  6. Step 6: Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  7. Step 7: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  8. Step 8: Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Step 9: Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
