- Step 1: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Step 2: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped white chocolate. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Step 3: Stir in the peppermint extract until well combined.
- Step 4: Gently fold in the crushed Mint Oreo cookies.
- Step 5: Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
- Step 6: If using, melt the green candy melts and drizzle over the top.
- Step 7: Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top.
- Step 8: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the bark is completely set.
- Step 9: Once set, break it into pieces.
