- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and half of the chopped pecans. Mix well.
- Step 3: Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 4: Brush the glaze generously over each salmon fillet.
- Step 5: Sprinkle the remaining chopped pecans over the glazed salmon.
- Step 6: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Step 7: Let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently but avoid drying it out!
