Method
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef (or pork), breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, egg, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Step 3: Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Step 4: Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.
- Step 5: While the meatballs are baking, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha, lemon juice, soy sauce, and honey in a small bowl until smooth.
- Step 6: Serve warm with the spicy mayo dip on the side.
Notes
Store the meatballs in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. The spicy mayo dip can also be kept in the fridge for about a week.
