Ingredients
Method
- Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of serving cups or glasses to form an even layer. Set aside.
- Step 2: In a mixing bowl, dissolve the orange Jell-O mix in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved. Add the cold water and mix well. Let it cool slightly.
- Step 3: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- Step 4: Once the Jell-O mixture has cooled but is not set, slowly fold in the cheesecake filling until fully incorporated.
- Step 5: Spoon the Jell-O cheesecake mixture over the crust layer in the cups, filling them about 3/4 full. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Step 6: Before serving, top with additional whipped topping and garnish with orange slices or zest.
Notes
These delightful cups can be stored in the refrigerator. Just cover them with plastic wrap or a lid to keep them fresh. They should last about 3 to 4 days, but I doubt they will last that long once your family tries them!
