- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well.
- Step 3: Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper, then pour half of the marinade over the salmon. Let them marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
- Step 4: Scatter diced pineapple around the salmon and drizzle remaining marinade over the top.
- Step 5: Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Step 6: Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley and serve with lime wedges.
