- Step 1: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the whole wheat pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

- Step 4: Add the cooled pasta to the vegetable mixture. Pour the dressing over the pasta and toss gently to combine.
- Step 5: Stir in the chopped cilantro and toss again.
