Ingredients

For the Frozen Dinosaur Eggs
  • 2 cups yogurt plain or flavored
  • 1 cup fruit juice apple, orange, or grape
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp honey optional

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Dinosaur-shaped Silicone Molds
  • Freezer

Method

  1. Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and fruit juice. If you want added sweetness, mix in honey to taste.
  2. Step 2: Start by spooning a layer of yogurt mixture into the bottom of each dinosaur-shaped mold. Next, add a layer of sliced banana and mixed berries on top of the yogurt. Add a sprinkle of granola over the fruit layer for crunch. Repeat the layers until the molds are filled, finishing with a yogurt layer on top.
  3. Step 3: Place the filled molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
  4. Step 4: Once frozen, carefully remove the dinosaur eggs from the molds. You may need to run warm water over the outside of the molds to help release them.
  5. Step 5: Enjoy your Frozen Dinosaur Eggs immediately as a refreshing treat!
