- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and fruit juice. If you want added sweetness, mix in honey to taste.
- Step 2: Start by spooning a layer of yogurt mixture into the bottom of each dinosaur-shaped mold. Next, add a layer of sliced banana and mixed berries on top of the yogurt. Add a sprinkle of granola over the fruit layer for crunch. Repeat the layers until the molds are filled, finishing with a yogurt layer on top.
- Step 3: Place the filled molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
- Step 4: Once frozen, carefully remove the dinosaur eggs from the molds. You may need to run warm water over the outside of the molds to help release them.
- Step 5: Enjoy your Frozen Dinosaur Eggs immediately as a refreshing treat!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Label your container for easy identification later.
