  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt Creamy and sweet, it makes the perfect base.
  • 1 cup mixed berries A mix of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries adds color and flavor.
  • 1/2 cup granola Choose a blend you love.
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup A drizzle of sweetness to tie it all together.
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream Optional for indulgence.
  • Fresh mint leaves For garnish and freshness.

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Wash the mixed berries thoroughly. If using strawberries, hull and slice them.
  2. Step 2: In a clear cup or glass, add a layer of vanilla yogurt at the bottom.
  3. Step 3: Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
  4. Step 4: Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
  5. Step 5: Repeat the layers until the cup is filled, ending with a layer of berries on top.
  6. Step 6: Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top layer of berries.
  7. Step 7: If desired, add a dollop of whipped cream on top.
  8. Step 8: Top with fresh mint leaves for garnish.
  9. Step 9: Enjoy immediately, or chill in the refrigerator.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to two days, but keep granola separate to maintain crunch.
