- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form an even crust.
- Step 2: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Step 3: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Step 4: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust. Layer half of the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer. Repeat with the remaining cream cheese mixture and strawberries.
- Step 5: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Step 6: Cut into squares and garnish with additional strawberries before serving.

This dessert can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Just make sure to keep it covered to maintain its freshness.
