Ingredients
  

For the Pinwheels
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. Step 3: Lay the flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Step 4: Sprinkle the sliced pepperoni evenly over the cheese mixture.
  5. Step 5: Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Make sure to keep the filling inside as you roll.
  6. Step 6: Slice the rolled tortilla into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  7. Step 7: Place the pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet, cut side up, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 days. You can also freeze the unbaked pinwheels for up to a month.
