Method
- Step 1: In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Stir until well combined and set aside.
- Step 2: Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil to the griddle. Once hot, add the sliced beef sirloin and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until browned, stirring occasionally.
- Step 3: Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 4: Toss in the broccoli florets. Stir everything together and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.
- Step 5: Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli mixture. Toss everything together to coat in the sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Step 6: Drizzle sesame oil over the dish and give it a final stir. Serve hot over cooked rice if desired.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, simply warm it in a skillet over medium heat until heated through. You can also freeze it for up to a month, although the broccoli may lose some crispness when thawed.
