  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 package flavored Jell-O (3 ounces) any color
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup fruit (for garnish) such as strawberries, blueberries, or pineapple

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a mixing bowl, dissolve the flavored Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
  2. Step 2: Add 1 cup of cold water to the Jell-O mixture and stir well.
  3. Step 3: Allow the Jell-O mixture to cool to room temperature, then gently fold in the whipped cream and mini marshmallows until combined.
  4. Step 4: Pour the Jell-O mixture into the pre-made graham cracker pie crust.
  5. Step 5: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Step 6: Before serving, garnish with fresh fruit on top.

Notes

For best results, let the pie set overnight. You can also use any flavor of Jell-O to match your theme or preference.
