- Step 1: In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Step 2: Place the cubed sirloin steak in a zip-top bag or a bowl. Pour the marinade over the steak, seal the bag or cover the bowl, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
- Step 3: While the steak is marinating, chop the bell pepper, onion, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes into appropriate sizes.
- Step 4: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning. Thread the marinated steak and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between meat and vegetables.
- Step 5: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Step 6: Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender.
