- Step 4: Bread the zucchini by dipping each strip into flour, then eggs, and finally the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Step 5: Arrange the breaded zucchini fries on the baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
- Step 6: Lightly spray or drizzle olive oil over the zucchini fries.
- Step 7: Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Step 8: Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. To reheat, place them back in the oven for a few minutes.
