For the Dip
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience!
  • 1 pkg cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Tortilla chips or sliced baguette (for serving)

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Step 3: Stir in the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Step 4: Transfer this mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Step 5: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  6. Step 6: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  7. Step 7: Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced baguette.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through.
