- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Step 3: Add the kidney beans, corn, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through.
- Step 4: Transfer the beef mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Step 5: Arrange the frozen tater tots on top of the beef mixture in a single layer.
- Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Step 7: Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Step 8: Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy.
