- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Step 2: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Step 3: Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.
- Step 4: Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the cowboy butter sauce over them. Toss to coat the wings evenly.
- Step 5: Arrange the coated wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning the wings halfway through.
- Step 7: Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Leftover wings can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes until warmed through.
