One dish that never fails to steal the show is my Cowboy Butter Chicken Wings. These wings are not only easy to whip up, but they also pack a flavor punch that brings everyone together.

Ingredients
  

For the Cowboy Butter Sauce
  • 2 lb chicken wings fresh or frozen, thawed if frozen
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
For garnish
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Step 2: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Step 3: Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.
  4. Step 4: Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the cowboy butter sauce over them. Toss to coat the wings evenly.
  5. Step 5: Arrange the coated wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning the wings halfway through.
  7. Step 7: Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Leftover wings can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes until warmed through.
