  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Fresh parsley

Equipment

  • Large Pot
  • Saucepan
  • Grill or Oven Broiler

Method

  1. Step 1: In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil.
  2. Step 2: Add the Old Bay seasoning, salt, and cayenne pepper to the boiling water. Stir to combine.
  3. Step 3: Carefully add the chicken wings to the pot and boil for 10-12 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  4. Step 4: Remove the wings from the pot and let them drain on a paper towel.
  5. Step 5: In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  6. Step 6: Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Step 7: Stir in the lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce, mixing well.
  8. Step 8: Preheat your grill or oven broiler. Grill or broil the chicken wings for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy and golden brown.
  9. Step 9: Toss the crispy wings in the Cajun butter sauce until evenly coated.
  10. Step 10: Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Leftover wings can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, simply pop them back in the oven or on the grill for a few minutes to regain that crispy texture.
