Method
- Step 1: In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil.
- Step 2: Add the Old Bay seasoning, salt, and cayenne pepper to the boiling water. Stir to combine.
- Step 3: Carefully add the chicken wings to the pot and boil for 10-12 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- Step 4: Remove the wings from the pot and let them drain on a paper towel.
- Step 5: In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Step 6: Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Step 7: Stir in the lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce, mixing well.
- Step 8: Preheat your grill or oven broiler. Grill or broil the chicken wings for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy and golden brown.
- Step 9: Toss the crispy wings in the Cajun butter sauce until evenly coated.
- Step 10: Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Leftover wings can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, simply pop them back in the oven or on the grill for a few minutes to regain that crispy texture.
