Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Spinach Mixture
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded, use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pieces flatbreads or naan choose your favorite type
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil helps the flatbreads crisp up nicely

  • red pepper flakes for garnish

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Step 3: Lay the flatbreads or naan on a baking sheet. Lightly brush each one with olive oil. Spread an even layer of the chicken and spinach mixture over each flatbread.
  4. Step 4: Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  5. Step 5: Let cool for a few minutes, sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired, then cut into slices and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
