- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Step 3: Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Step 4: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the meatballs for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Step 5: Transfer the browned meatballs to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Step 6: Serve warm with your favorite sauce or pasta.
