- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, diced onion, minced garlic, ketchup, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Step 3: Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
- Step 4: Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- Step 5: Carefully arrange the frozen tater tots on top of the meatloaf.
- Step 6: Sprinkle additional shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
- Step 7: Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Step 8: Once done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can also freeze slices for up to 2 months.
