- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Step 3: Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
- Step 4: In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sear them for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
- Step 5: Drizzle the apple cider vinegar over the pork chops.
- Step 6: Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Step 7: Remove the skillet from the oven and let the pork chops rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
- Step 8: Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Leftover pork chops can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
